Bioformen respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. Reporting copyrighted or problematic content

What happens next

Once we receive a complete notice, we review it and, where the claim is valid, remove or disable access to the reported material. We may notify the person who posted the content that it has been removed. If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with your contact details, identification of the removed material and its former location, and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification. Repeat infringers may have their access to the site terminated.
